End User License Agreement

1. Purpose

Lola Brogo Nordik is a private administrative assistance tool designed for the activities of Toiture Brogo and Nordic, two separate companies. Brogo Installation et Rénovation Inc. is responsible for the application. The application is not offered as a public service.

2. Right to Use

Use is limited to persons authorized by Brogo Installation et Rénovation Inc. for the professional needs of Toiture Brogo and Nordic. No right of redistribution, resale, or unauthorized access is granted.

3. QuickBooks Integration

The application may use Intuit's QuickBooks Online interface to view or perform operations expressly authorized in the relevant accounts. Each company retains its own account and obligations. Access depends on the permissions granted and may be revoked through the appropriate settings.

4. Responsible Use

Users must protect their credentials and verify the data, documents, calculations, and operations proposed by the application before taking any action with financial, accounting, or tax consequences.

5. Data and Privacy

The terms governing the processing of personal information are detailed in the separate Lola Brogo Nordik Privacy Policy. Use of third-party services remains subject to their applicable terms.

6. Availability and Changes

The application may evolve, be suspended, or cease to operate. No guarantee is given that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

7. Termination of Use

Brogo Installation et Rénovation Inc. may revoke authorization to use the application. Where applicable, disconnection from QuickBooks must also be performed through the mechanisms provided by Intuit.
